Full Journal pdf2002-05-11 House Journal Page 3534 HCR 35 Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 35 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 345, relating to medical assistance paid to school districts for services to certain children. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated that the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall HCR 35 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 35 Special Order of Business YEAS: 30 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Berkowitz, Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Crawford, Croft, Davies, Foster, Guess, Halcro, Hayes, Hudson, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kookesh, Kott, Lancaster, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Williams, Wilson Nays: Coghill, Dyson, Fate, Green, Harris, Kohring, Masek, Ogan, Whitaker Excused: Stevens And so, HCR 35 passed the House. Representative Kott later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCR 35, and the reconsideration was taken up then.
